Deposits/ Rescheduling/ Cancellations:

・Nonrefundable deposit of $25 is required & deducted from your total. Remainder is due on the day of your appointment.
・Clients are allowed to reschedule once for a new appointment if done at least 24 hours before appointment.
・Deposit will go toward the new rescheduled appointment that is within 40 days of the original appointment.
・If you cancel the appointment yourself or are a no show the cancellation is final.

Guests/Lateness

・NO Extra Guests/ NO Kids

・There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there is a $15 Late Fee

・After 30 minutes late, $25 late fee or appointment may be automatically cancelled to avoid going into someone else's appointment.

・No call/no shows will not be able to book future appointments.

For Health & Sanitary Purposes:

・We will not provide any makeup services if you have any of the following: active bleeding, exposed flesh wounds, pink eye, stye, severe breakouts, active cold sore breakouts on face/mouth.

・We will not provide service if you have had or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

・If any of the above apply please cancel/reschedule.

・Please inform the makeup artist if you are allergic to anything prior to the service.

・Frannic LLC is not liable for any claims, demands, and legal actions caused by the performance of service.
